1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Non-returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

    • Perishable goods

    • Personalized or custom-made items

    • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, downloadable software)

    • Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@ipateleo.co.ke with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once
    your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise
    Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item
    back.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided, ensuring it’s securely packaged.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@ipateleo.co.ke.
